Disappointing! I should have listened to the negative reviews. Our family was grouped with a big Chinese family on a stadium tour, greeted by a Chinese receptionist who was clearly racist against us. While waiting for the tour guides, one of us wanted to go to the toilet but this receptionist didn’t let him, saying it was too late and that he should have gone earlier in a very mean tone. But there were people from the Chinese group that went and didn’t come back like 5mins from that point. Our family member could have gone twice with this amount of time!!!The tour itself also doesn’t worth the price! Very rushed and you barely have time to take a photo with the stadium.

Had to queue to get through the turnstiles for an hour and a half, absolutely ridiculous. Every turnstile was the same. No stewards about until inside. Seats were ok however. Is it like this for all Old Trafford games?

Special shoutout to our tour leads, Leo and Toni — they were both incredibly nice, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. They brought the stadium to life with their insights and passion for the club. A must-do for any football fan!
